The problem
Legacy software is too deep for a live room
Most tools assume a trained operator and a long setup. Plumux is for the person who has to put a name on screen, switch a shot, and keep the hall moving.
The look has to change live
Edit the lower third text while it is already up. Do not rebuild the whole graphic.
Crew still needs to talk
Talkback and chat sit on the same Wi-Fi as the desk. No extra radio kit.

Simple controls for the things you actually do
Start with graphics, text, audio, and record. Add more cameras only if the room needs them.
On screen
Lower thirds
Text, image, video, ticker, countdown, QR, and a set of animations. Change the name live without replaying the whole piece.
Timers and stage notes
One countdown for the audience. One hidden timer or notes window you drag to a confidence screen.
Lyrics and slides
Type them, or import txt, json, or db files you already have.
Scripture
Offline public-domain text such as KJV. Full screen or lower third. Useful in services and in talks that quote a verse.
Logo and cover
Park a logo in the corner. Hit a cover image if something on stage goes wrong.
Live hide and show
Click an item off the program. Optional snapshots if you want to jump back to a look.
Audio and record
Per-source mixer
EQ, gate, compressor, limiter, noise suppression, AGC, reverb, and more on each source.
Playback
Walk-in tracks from the PC. You do not need a second player open.
Capture
Record the program and isolated tracks. mp4, mkv, webm, and others.
Cameras, if you need them
This is the extra, not the whole product. Use what is already on the PC, or bring phones onto the network.
USB and PC cameras
Any video device Windows already sees can sit in the program.
Phones on Wi-Fi
Android app turns a phone into another angle. Prefer 5 GHz in a packed room.
Virtual camera
Turn on Plumux Studio Virtual Cam if you want this look inside another app.

Audio and text between the desk and connected phones on local Wi-Fi. Group chat for the crew.
Hall and destinations
Projector in the room. Optional stream to Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok at once, each with its own res, fps, and bitrate. GPU when the PC has it.

Open the desk
Install on Windows. Program on the projector. Panel on the operator screen.

Lower third, lyrics, verse, timer, cover image. Hide and show as you go.

USB on the PC, or Android phones on the same 5 GHz network.

The room can run on local Wi-Fi. Destinations need data only when you send them.

Camera counts follow what your Wi-Fi and PC can take. Final numbers can match the shipped v1.1 build.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. 8 GB RAM is safer for several cameras.
- Android phones only if you want extra wireless angles. APK for now.
- 5 GHz Wi-Fi when phones are in the mix. 2.4 GHz struggles in a full room.
- Windows may warn on first run. Choose More info, then Run anyway. The installer is not code-signed yet.
Volunteers could run it without a tech team.

Questions
Is this only for services?
No. Conferences, camps, weddings, concerts, talks, and services all use the same desk.
Do I need phones?
No. Phones are optional. USB cameras and the PC already work. Graphics work with no extra camera at all.
Does it need the internet?
The hall, talkback, record, scripture, and imported lyrics run on local Wi-Fi. Streaming out needs data.
iPhone or Mac?
Not in v1.1. Windows desk and Android cameras first.
What happens when a paid plan ends?
You stay on the free plan until you buy another 30 days.
